Anyone can CALL themselves an entrepreneur…and given the popularity of shows like Shark Tank, The Profit, Dragon’s Den and an overall fascination with this generation of celebrity entrepreneurs – many DO begin to believe they ARE entrepreneurs.
The real question comes back to results though.
Are you an effective entrepreneur?
Are you someone who is getting results?
Are you an entrepreneur that is growing their business, building both sales and profit?
Now, we have separated the pack into a much tinier segment haven’t we?
In fact, the graphic above does an excellent job of demonstrating the key differences between entrepreneurs who have a growth mindset versus those that have a limiting or fixed mindset.
Key Attributes of Highly Successful Entrepreneurs
- You have high self-confidence in your ability to tackle change and come out on top
- You embrace setbacks as key learning opportunities rather than let them derail your progress
- You value speed, understanding the incredible power of momentum in helping to influence your market
- You allow (and seek out) working with others above you to help speed your progress rather than be intimidated
- You let your own intuition and your market dictate your progress, not what others think or feel about you
Are there one or more of these areas you need to work on to help improve your effectiveness as an entrepreneur?
Which of these do you feel you have a handle on today, versus which ones do you need to improve?
