User-based content sites abound, seems like each day there is a new site launched where the goal is to get users to help contribute to content development.
One of the models that is used the most models Amazon’s reviewer contribution model allowing reviewers to contribute content through their assessment of everything from movies and music to writing an literature.
Along comes a review site aimed specifically at aspiring writers. At Frontlist, you can submit a selection of your completed novel or fiction work and have it reviewed by fellow writers. Not only will you get some good feedback and exposure, but the top reviewed submissions will also get the eye of major publishers – according to the publishers of the site.
For now, genres are limited to:
Genres supported by The Friday Project
- General Fiction
- Horror
- Humour
- Science Fiction
Genres supported by A M Heath
- Literary
- Historical
- Thrillers
- Crime
If you have a brilliant piece of writing just sitting, collecting dust, then perhaps this is your road to fame and fortune.
How about expanding this model to other genres, seems like there might be a significant opportunity.
