1. Containers or Expanders…containers like to manage and control things, those who like to expand like to throw as much out there and find out what works
2. Know How To Get Publicity...IMPORTANT…Barbara was able to get publicity and reputation by publishing a bi-annual report on her industry that not only branded her a professional but gave the media something to talk about and reference…soon she was appearing on talk shows and became an industry spokesperson giving her massive free publicity
3. Confidence to Stand Tall. You cannot succeed without filling your bucket with self-confidence. You must believe you belong at the top of your market and that you have knowledge and skills that will improve your customers’ lives
