One of the most successful approaches to writing a top selling book or ebook that gets attention, sells like crazy and turns the author into an overnight “go-to” expert is the “EXPOSED!” angle.

Let me explain.

One of the very first ebooks that hit it big online more than a decade ago (actually first written in 1996!)  was an ebook titled “Car Secrets Revealed!”

This ebooks was a mere 30+ pages of material from an “Insiders” perspective on working in a car dealership written by the late, great Corey Rudl.

Since then, the angle of providing a revealing or exposed look at a given topic has been one of the most reliable, most effective and fastest methods of entering a market and selling a truckload of ebooks.

The best part is that you can use it in virtually any market.

Think along these lines:

1. Little Known Parenting Secret  Exposed – How I Instantly Gained the Trust and Attention of My Teenage Son

2. Health Secrets Revealed – Instant Stress Relievers That Work Without Dangerous Pills Or Embarrassing Counselling

3. Arthritis Cure Discovered – How One 75-Year Old Grandmother Discovered Instant Arthritis Relief

4. Travel Secrets Exposed – How to Shave 80% Off Of The Cost of Your Next Vacation

And so on…

Even if you don’t want to go this strong with your title, you can still use the approach of an “Insider’s Revealed” perspective on your topic just as Anthony Scaramucci did in his latest work “The Little Book Of Hedge Funds” where his approach is to de-mystify and clear up many mis-understandings about an industry that has taken its share of knocks over the last couple of years.

He very much sticks to an “Exposed” sort of positioning for this book and so far it is getting him some exceptional press and results.

We have helped many people find and position their topics for their own ebooks, courses and information products within our infoproduct training system – the “XYZ Inustry Exposed!” approach is certainly a proven winner.

YOUR TURN…

Can you think of a topic that you could put together a quick report or ebook around using the “XYZ Topic Revealed!” model we outline in this post?
