A very succinct overview on how to make an online business work based on the three models. I think it’s hard for newbies to synthesize all the information out there into a very simple and effective way of thinking about “websites”.
I have to constantly remind myself to stick to the basics. So thanks for drilling home those points.
Thanks Rick – simple is always best. If you really look at any site out there that is making decent money online it will fall into one of these 3 categories.
The problems begin when someone wants to try and accomplish 2 or 3 from the same site – like trying to sell a product while also showing a bunch of ads on the same page.
One business model for one market and one web presence and you will be golden.
