"Infoproduct Entrepreneur Success Tips"
Welcome to our new format.
Back when I first launched my first newsletter in 2000,
it was a full 4-5 page, highly organized and structured
newsletter.
After much thought, a year ago, I switched to a single
article model - and that worked well - short, sweet and
very imformative was the feedback I received from many of
you great subsribers.
There are many smaller pieces of information I'd like to
pass on now though - little tidbits that will really help
your businss.
The idea is still to give you maximum content, as quickly
as we can.
So here's my attempt at more value, still keeping things
readable and short...love to hear your comments.

Sewing The Seeds
We're right smack dab in the middle of it, aren't we?
It's the hot, lazy, hazy days of summer, and sometimes
its just plain tough to get motivated isn't it?
Especially when sales slow in July and August, if you
are motivated by the quick fix of orders coming in,
July and August can be a little tough to deal with...
BUT...This is the PERFECT time to be sewing the seeds
for the high volume periods starting in September.
Now, writing a 200-page ebook may be too much for you
to even consider, but what about a 20-page report?
How about a telephone interview or series of email
interviews on a topic of your choice.
Or here's something to get started with...write a 5-7 part
minicourse using the template available from:
http://www.create-e-mini-course.html
Create a benefit-oriented webpage to market your minicourse
and either give it away to collect subscribers or put a
price on it and sell it.
Imagine you are in a market that you do not yet have a
product for, not quite sure what your market wants or
you are looking to earn some quick dollars by marketing
affiliate products - then putting together a minicourse
is an excellent way to start building your marketing base.
No matter what your ultimate dreams, goals and objectives
in this wonderful business of information marketing -
get started with something - ANYTHING where you are developing
content.
Challenge yourself - create your next minicourse in the
next 14-days. Launch your list building machine by mid-August.
By fall, you will have your first profit center, and well on
your way to building your own infoproduct empire.

Think Beyond Your First Product
You may be struggling with your first product, its true,
often the first one seems like the most challenging - like
the first time you ride a bike.
How do you get past that fear?
Think multiple products and longer term.
Once you create you first book, ebook, report, or audio/video
product, it can lead you into many different opportunities -
speaking, teleseminars, seminars, workshops, additional
information products, higher-priced bundles, membership sites,
etc...
To trick your mind, make it less paralyzed with your first
product - try thinking about 2-3 products in a year, building
multiple profit centers within your market.
By focusing longer term, your mind will be diverted away from
fearing your first task or project.
Suddenly, getting your first product out is simply step 1 on
your road to success - NOT the sole vehicle for your success.
Give it a try next time you find yourself undergoing a case of
self-sabotage.

Don't Think You Have To Do It All Yourself.
My latest ebook - due out in the next couple of weeks, is an
innovative look at meditation, yoga aimed at the
achievement-oriented professional.
Am I an expert on Yoga? No - I have tried it periodically,
and do believe in the benefits, but an expert - definitely
NOT.
What I did do is play detective for 2-days, researching top
selling Yoga products, surveying Yoga enthusiasts, seeking out
Yoga trends, performing keyword searches, visiting Yoga studios,
and so on... It was quite fun, its a blast playing product
detective.
These days, I actually get paid substantial amounts to play
product detective - nice way to make a living.
From the research, I identified 4 possible angles - sub-niches
and corresponding demand. After considering possible channels
to market for each, I selected the topic aimed at professionals.
Next, I knew exactly the questions my audience would want
answered - some they told me directly, others were obvious from
talking with the market.
All of this took me less than 1-week.
I pulled the questions into an outline for my book, organized
the questions into chapters, then headed over to Elance and posted
a project where I specfically provided my best bidders with
the exact outline I wanted them to use.
For less than $200, I had a 70-page ebook, to which I added another
2 chapters and an introduction to complete the book at just over
100 pages - all in less than 3-weeks!
Could you follow the same system?
You focus on identifying opportunities, while others develop the
content - its definitely one approach to enhancing your product
development.
This entire system is explained - in detail - in our "Ultimate
Information Entrepreneur's Success Package" over at:
