Hi all - can you believe it's November already?
Seems like just last weekend I was sitting on the dock
at our family cottage sunning my buns and having a cool
one over "tall tale" fish stories.
Now - here I sit, in front of my office window watching
a gorgeous fall moon rise into the night. How time flies!
Maybe it's because I am full out, heads down and 110%
dedicated to my next ebook update - work in the winter
months and enjoy the summer, not a bad formula.
Listen, many people approach me with product ideas - or
to be more specific, general product "areas" along with
ideas for a whole bunch of subjects to write a about.
Often what they have is not bad, it's just missing the
key ingrediant, without wich they will surely fail - yet
with which they could be wildly successful.
They are stuck with how to get started, don't know how
to overcome writers block, don't know how to organize
or structure their information product, and don't believe
they can accomplish it in a reasonable timeframe (say a
few weeks).

It's getting down to the crunch isn't it?
Seriously, you've wasted enough time dreaming, way too much
time thinking, and have had so many false starts, you're not
even sure where the beginning is anymore?
You can't market a book that's still 100 pages from being
complete - no matter how hard you try and "wish" it done.
Open to some advice?
There is one area that seems to really tie up non-fiction
writers.
It's the dreaded "O" word - organization.
The majority of you thinking about writing a book, ebook,
course, workshop, training dvd, etc... have ideas for content,
and may even have various snippets of information already.
Here are 3 tips about how to develop or improve the structure
of your information product that will dramatically improve
the speed of your product development and value of that product
to your market.
Tip 1: Write "On Purpose"
I'm often asked what makes an ebook of 80-pages worth 2 to 3-times
more than a book on the shelves of your local bookstore.
What makes an email course from Joe Vitale sell for $10,000 - an
email course!
The difference is that they are ON PURPOSE.
The same information you may already have today, organized to solve
a particular desire or want can be worth many times more to you
over the years.
You may eake out a few hundred dollars a month by "informing" your
market.
You will OWN your market by filling a red hot desire.
So, go back - what is the single biggest, highest demand desire you
will fill with your ebook, course, or other infoproduct.
Once you have your purpose - go on to #2.
Tip 2: A Series Of Steps
Many people approach me to help turn their ideas into successful
products and businesses - they often have a table of contents, or
even the content itself already partially developed.
The main issue - it's a shotgun approach instead of a rifle.
What you want to do is focus your content toward a step-by-step
approach, taking your customer from dream to achievement with your
product.
Imagine how much people would pay you for the step-by-step formula
for achieving their dream?
That's what your infoproduct must do - and once you do, wait for the
waterfall of success to come your way.
Tip 3: Question and Answer
Now you have your series of steps, how do you quickly and easily
get over the writer's hump?
You CANNOT fail to make progress each and every day if you use
this secret weapon.
Compile a set of questions to answer for each step toward helping
your customer achieve their goals.
What questions are your customers asking?
Writing becomes the simple exercise of answering questions.
You may not author a book every day, but you sure do answer questions.
It's really as easy as answering enough questions to fill out
your formula - and there you will have it - your own infoproduct.
Follow the steps, and you will be amazed at how quick and easy it
is to create product after product, income stream after income stream.

** 3 Common Mistakes E-Mini Courses Make
98% of minicourses simply do not work.
They may educate, but are largely ineffective in turning
visitors and readers into customers - the very purpose
they should be used for.
Here's why:
1. Most are far too long. Focus each lesson on 1 point
and stick to it - less than 1-page.
2. Create a compelling topic and title. You will get
far more subscribers if your topic is in-demand and
your title is effective in communicating.
3. Every lesson should give away some of your information
